ORDERS

 

How do I purchase items?

Items are purchased online via credit card, bank transfer, direct deposit, Paypal, among other methods. At present, the Party Pals store is online only and orders will be made through the retail website. Kindly ensure that you provide your contact information, such as your email and mobile number.

 

How can I track my order?

Please contact shop@partypals.ph for questions on your order and delivery.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Is there a shipping fee? How long will it take to receive items to my mailing address?

Yes, there is a shipping fee. We offer express delivery (within 24 hours) and regular delivery (2-3 working days).  

 

Can I pick-up orders?

We allow walk-in customers and pick-up of orders from our office at UG-17 Star Centrum Building, Malugay St., Barangay Bel-Air, Makati during business hours 11AM-5PM, Mondays to Fridays only (excluding holidays). However, we only accept cash payment for walk-in customers.

 

Do you ship to locations outside Metro Manila? Internationally?

Yes. We ship to the Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, as well as internationally. Varying shipping rates apply for orders outside Metro Manila. Please email shop@partypals.ph for questions.

 

PRODUCTS

Do you provide air for the balloons?

No, we do not provide air or helium for balloons. The balloons are deflated when shipped. However, we sell hand balloon pumps and balloons sticks for the balloons. Should you wish for the balloons to be inflated with helium, kindly contact a reputable helium filling provider near you that ensures safety and care.

 

How do I inflate my balloons?

Please note balloons are shipped deflated. You will need a balloon pump to inflate your balloons. It is IMPORTANT that you do NOT over-inflate the balloons, as they may burst. When balloons are inflated, keep balloons in a cool location, away from direct sunlight.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

What is your return policy?

We will only accept return items that are defective. The defective item may be exchanged or provided store credit. All returns must be made within 7 days upon receipt of items, except pool inflatables within 14 days upon receipt. We require a photo or the return of the defective to Party Pals to qualify for the exchange or store credit. Return shipping costs for damaged goods are non-refundable.

What if I don't receive my party items on time? 

Please ensure you allow enough time for your orders to arrive and choose your preferred shipping method accordingly. Kindly contact shop@partypals.ph if you have any problems with your order. Party Pals will not be liable for deliveries that are refused by receptionists of offices or apartment buildings. Should the items be returned to Party Pals, the buyer will take full responsibility of the cost of return and not hold Party Pals liable for any late deliveries.
